Checklist for Executive Protection Coverages

Please click on the Marketing section of this website to access the Checklist for Executive Protection Coverages.

This checklist will allow you to routinely and systematically review Executive Protection exposures such as D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability and Privacy Liability with your insureds.

Many agents have asked me how to make their insureds aware of these exposures without seeming to just want to sell the insured more coverage. This is a legitimate concern. Incorporating executive protection exposures into your routine account review, whether for new business or upon annual renewal review is a way to protect both the insured and yourself.

If you would like a copy as a Word document so you can reformat to suit your needs, please email me at chrisc at usrisk dot com.
